Subject to these conditions, BISSELL will repair or replace (with new or re manufactured components or products), at BISSELL’s option, free of charge from the date of purchase by the original purchaser, for two years any defective or malfunctioning part due to manufacturer defect. This warranty does not apply to fans or routine maintenance or consumable components such as filters, belts, brush rolls, etc., damage or malfunction caused by negligence, abuse, neglect, unauthorized repair, or any other use not in accordance with the user’s guide. Machine does a great job, picked up a lot more than our previous vacuum.
The reason I didn't give 5 stars was the noise factor, probably should be wearing hearing protection when using the machine.

I have a Labrador and this vacuum cleaner is perfect in picking up all the hairs off the floor, carpet and sofa. Highly recommend this product for those who have pets.

It seems sometimes everything breaks down at the same time. Apart from a few other item, so too did my usual hand held vacuum. I decided to go for something a little more substantial and chose this vacuum. It has a powerful suction and easy to get around the apartment. Glad I purchased this and for the price it was an excellent choice.
